Exercising with Tools

A new approach to physical activity that is currently steadily growing in popularity: exercising with the Tools, or accessories for fitness. Totally adaptable to each person's needs and easily portable, they represent an innovative solution for whoever wishes to keep in shape, alone or with friends, in any situation and everywhere.

In recent months we dealt with two very popular sports: mini-football and cycling. In this article we will be considering an original approach to exercise that is currently steadily growing in popularity.

We're talking about exercising with Tools, or accessories for fitness. They can be used in different ways and on different occasions, depending on individual needs.

There are several alternatives available using these small pieces of equipment as they are versatile, functional, practical and fun to use and all have their own strong points and unique features.

Their uniqueness lies in the fact that the Tools (Ball, elastics, small weights, portable handles, Pad) are all totally adaptable to each person's needs and above all to their age.  And that's not all: thanks to their small size they are also easily portable and therefore can be used anywhere, for example at home, in the office, on trips, outside, with friends… in other words it's a completely new approach to exercise!

We are therefore now no longer faced with a workout commitment we have to organise in our free time, but have a new way of combining it with our individual workloads and lifestyles.

Let's have a look at a few situations in which fitness Tools can enable us to discover new alternatives for our health and keeping in shape.

IN THE OFFICE

The main problem with a sedentary job is the amount of time spent sitting down. If we add a frequently incorrect posture to the mix this can mean that in time the spine begins to suffer and is the cause of backache.

What can we do and what could be a solution to prevent these situations and control these symptoms? Using a Wellness Ball instead of a chair or armchair can help as whilst we are working at the computer or doing other things we can move our spine with useful mobility and control exercises as shown.

OUTDOORS

When outside but without enough space to move around a lot or for a long time, the  Wellness Pad, a mat for stretching, can help us to carry out controlled and safe exercises for muscles and joints in a limited, comfortable space. The photographs show two alternatives.

 ALONE OR WITH FRIENDS

Working out should be fun as it is whilst we are being entertained that the best results are achieved. Friends, relatives or colleagues can all be excellent sources of  motivation. Hand-held, the Wellness Weights can be easily used anywhere and are ideal for exercising with people who we feel good with.
