1. When do I need to lubricate the treadmill deck?
The treadmill deck must be constantly lubricated
to avoid excessive wear of the tread belt and
possible jamming of the motor, as a result of
excessive current draw. The deck normally needs
to be lubricated once a week in the case of intensive
machine use, or once every 2 weeks with normal
machine use.
In any case, to determine the correct frequency
of lubrication, check its condition by placing
a hand between the deck and tread belt: you should
feel a thin film of oil.
2. How long do the treadmill
tread belts last?
With optimal maintenance, deck cleaning and
correct lubrication, the life of the tread belt
is between 15,000 and 20,000 km.
3. Where can I find the machine serial number?
The machine serial number is stamped on a silver
label affixed to both the frame and guard of the
machine. This label is found in a different position
on each machine, but for electrically powered
machines it is generally situated near the power
inlet socket of the machine.A copy of this label
is also affixed to the product's certificate of
conformity.
